VELYS Commercial Effectiveness Analyst

Overview

Working in the global Commercial Effectiveness team, you will help to grow the VELYS Digital Surgery vision of transforming our Client from a medical device to a medical technologies company. Developing data insights to support the launch excellence of robotics and digital surgery products, you will primarily support the VELYS Commercial Effectiveness team to consolidate data, build reporting and develop insights. The role requires a self-led, motivated, highly analytical, and collaborative individual who has a passion for enabling new technology.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with regional and local Field Sales and Marketing teams to compile sales performance data, utilizing CRM (such as Salesforce).

Develop and execute monthly reporting of health of business for VELYS Digital Surgery products by gathering, consolidating, cleaning and compiling data.

Support Commercial Effectiveness as needed - work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Data and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy in commercial insights.

Assist in commercial operations regionally by building reports and dashboard to drive funnel management, targeting, and prioritization.

Support commercial launch excellence in key markets, such as project management and/or analytics.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing

3-5 years' experience working in finance or commercial operations

Highly analytical and detail oriented with the ability to both track and synthesize data

Team player who is eager to learn and grow, and can balance multiple projects effectively

Able to work with multiple stakeholders, and lead projects to completion

Demonstrates CREDO values

Flexible in a dynamic environment

Familiar with Salesforce and Tableau

Understands data structure, management, and strategy

Data visualization preference

• 10% travel
